It will not let me login into my account I have tried everyday several times a day all different times Even after refreshing closing the app and going back in restarting my phone etc I had to go to the bank in person to create my account My username and password are correct but won t let me log in and when I try to recover my password it s saying my phone number is wrong This app is completely useless I would give 0 stars but I have to give 1 Very annoyed     Terrible danniv94

I generally like the app The only thing it lacks is the ability to add delete edit payees in the bill pay section I rarely use my computer but prefer to access my banking via my iPad It would be so much more convenient to have full bill pay features in the app Another feature that would be nice is to not be service charged for mobile deposits after two free My son banks with Northwest and he has unlimited free mobile deposits                     Mostly good sandersong
